Instructions:
- Select: find the template you need based on what you are trying to create and the design program you use (we support Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign).
- Download:
- PC: right-click and select “save as”
- Mac: ctrl-click and select “save link as”
- Open: find the file you saved on your computer and select open. It should automatically open in your preferred design program.
- Create: add your copy and graphics as guided by the template.
- Save: as usual.
- Send: your completed project to Symmetry [email] note that we might consider some kind of form here that allows an estimate request.
- We typically turn around estimates within 24 hours.
- We always provide alternatives and recommendations for bringing your vision to life.
- We take away the guesswork by keeping you informed as to where your project stands at every step of the way.
What’s next:
- You will receive an acknowledgement that we received your project (can/should we make this an auto reply?)
- If you requested an estimate, we’ll get it to you within 1 business day.
- If you’d like to talk about options for printing, let us know and we’ll call you back.
- If we’ve already discussed the project and you’ve approved the budget, you will get a digital proof, typically within 3 business days unless you request rush service.
