The fold must be on the bottom or the right side of the mailing panel.
Mailing pieces require a clear space measuring 2” x 4” free of any design elements to allow for barcoding, addressing and permit imprinting. This ensures that the mail piece is eligible for your preferred mail service class, and that any content in your piece isn’t covered up in the addressing and mailing process. Clear envelopes will be addressed on a 2” x 4” white label affixed to the outside of the clear envelope.
All mailing lists should be sent as an Excel spreadsheet. The minimum required separate fields include: First Name, Last Name, Business, Address, City, Zip.
National Change of Address (NCOA)
NCOA system uses the USPS database to check for people and businesses that have filed a change of address with the USPS within the last 48 months. Performing this update on a list saves you money on postage by updating a list address. We provide you with this list of the names with these changes at no additional cost to you. This will keep your list up-to-date and ready for the next mailing.
